Shield Crimp Resistance Test & Insulation Resistance Test
The shielding performance is an important index for the performance judgment of the high-voltage wiring harness assembly parts, and the shielding crimping performance of the assembly parts is verified by this test.
Take a short sample of 200mm from the assembly parts that have completed the previous round of tests, apply a DC voltage not exceeding 20mV and a current not exceeding 100mA, and the connection resistance of the shielding layer of the sample is required to be less than or equal to 10mΩ.
