EMC performance
The high-voltage wire harness assembly is designed to deal with possible electromagnetic interference by shielding the high-voltage wires and connectors. However, it should be noted that even if the component level meets the EMC requirements, it does not mean that the EMC performance of the vehicle is qualified. This is because the collection and matching of many electrical components will still affect the electromagnetic compatibility of the vehicle.
In the actual development and design of the vehicle, even if the high-voltage wiring harness itself has qualified EMC, when there is a problem with the battery compatibility of the vehicle, the components including the high-voltage wiring harness assembly need to be adjusted.
