Temperature Shock Durability Test
The temperature shock endurance test is used to simulate the wiring harness assembly in the case of rapid temperature change, after the wiring harness assembly passes a specified time period, to determine the functional performance of the wiring harness system-related components, such as the temperature change environment. Functional failure of parts, including changes in the properties of plastic materials and metal materials, such as changes in elastic stress of plastic parts, surface deformation, accelerated aging, and damage and detachment of metal parts, may cause changes in the physical properties of the wiring harness assembly.
