Salt spray resistance test
The salt spray resistance test is used to verify the corrosion resistance of the high-voltage wiring harness assembly related components and materials under high salinity conditions, and to ensure the normal operation of the high-voltage wiring harness product.
The high-voltage assembly parts should be stored at room temperature of 23±5℃ and 25%~75% humidity for 1 hour before the test. Do the overall sealing treatment.
Put the sample into the salt spray box (the state of the salt spray box is 5%±1% sodium chloride, the pH value is 6.5~7.2, the temperature is 35±2℃), and the parts assembly is exposed to the salt spray environment. The metal parts in the assembly must not touch and rub against other harness parts.
