At present, the demand for cost control by OEMs is increasing, the price advantage of domestic auto parts is prominent, and the trend of OEMs seeking domestic-funded parts and components has formed. Since 2015, my country’s passenger vehicle market has been fiercely competitive, and prices have fluctuated significantly. In order to cope with the pressure of market competition, downstream OEMs have increasingly important to reduce the cost of complete vehicle products. With the advantages of relatively low labor cost and cost management, domestic auto parts manufacturers are expected to seize this opportunity to enter the segmented fields previously monopolized by international manufacturers and expand their market shares.
