In view of the failure phenomenon caused by siphon, the low-pressure injection molding process can be used to change the tail of the connector to an integral type of injection molding, and cooperate with the anti-siphon cable (tinned copper core and coated with a specific waterproof grease), as shown in Figure 2 . The injection-molded one-piece connector mainly prevents water vapor from entering the appliance from the root of the connector, and the anti-siphon cable can solve the problem of water vapor entering the connector through the cable, causing copper wire corrosion and product short circuit.
The improved closed-weight connector can meet the test standards: 1m deep immersion test (IPX7), multi-angle high-pressure high-temperature water jet test (IPX9K).
