Bellows selection
UFW ultra-flat bellows should be selected as far as possible, as shown in Figure 8. Its trough width is 3 to 5 times that of other waveforms, which can effectively increase the contact area between the wire and the inner wall of the corrugated tube, thereby better protecting the PVC skin of the wire.
Anti-stress
The failure of the wire harness caused by the force mainly occurs in the wire harness at the bend of the wire harness and between the relative moving parts.
