Since we have removed the heat sink, the PFC transistor and the PFC diode are no longer visible. Also, with a little attention, you can see that there is an X capacitor (brown component on the bottom of the bridge heatsink) between the rectifier bridge and the active PFC circuit. Typically, olive-colored thermistors that look like ceramic disc capacitors are covered in rubber.
