my country’s research on automotive electromagnetic compatibility technology is based on the measurement of automotive electromagnetic interference characteristics in the 1980s.
The experiment started. In 1994, the China Automotive Technology and Research Center conducted domestic radio interference characteristics measurement for various types of cars (10m radiation from the entire vehicle), but the census results showed that the pass rate was only 24%, and a considerable number of vehicles were seriously exceeding the standard. This is mainly due to the long-term backwardness of the overall level of my country’s automobile industry, which has also led to the lack of corresponding attention to the electromagnetic compatibility of automobiles in China. In view of the seriousness of the automobile electromagnetic interference problem in my country at that time, major domestic automobile manufacturers, research institutions, and testing institutions have increased their investment in automobile electromagnetic compatibility, which is mainly reflected in the establishment of relevant automobile electromagnetic compatibility technology research centers and the impact on my country. The formulation of the electromagnetic compatibility standard system for automobiles, and the construction of electromagnetic compatibility laboratories for the testing of complete automobiles and parts.
Due to the late start of my country’s automotive electromagnetic compatibility research, the established automotive electromagnetic compatibility standard system is not yet complete and is still in its infancy. Related domestic organizations and institutions have promulgated a series of automotive electromagnetic compatibility standards based on the absorption of foreign automotive electromagnetic compatibility standard systems, and improved them in accordance with the actual situation in my country. At present, there are standards for automotive electromagnetic compatibility developed in China. There are six main items, which involve the radiation disturbance of the vehicle with internal combustion engine, the electromagnetic field emission intensity of electric vehicles, the conduction and radiation disturbance of the electrical and electronic components of the vehicle, the electromagnetic immunity performance of the electrical and electronic components of the vehicle, and the immunity of the vehicle and its components. The performance of electrostatic discharge interference, the requirements, measurement and evaluation methods of electromagnetic disturbance characteristics of components caused by conduction and coupling are stipulated. However, from an overall point of view, there is still a certain gap between the advanced standard system developed by the International Organization for Standardization and the International Special Committee on Radio Interference, as shown in Table 1.3. In particular, it is necessary to further improve the electromagnetic compatibility standards in terms of the electromagnetic compatibility standards of automobile-related parts and components, and the electromagnetic compatibility certification of vehicle exports, so as to be in line with the advanced foreign automobile electromagnetic compatibility standard systems .
