U-type crimping is to select U-type terminals and crimping machines according to the sum of the contact wire diameters, and formulate special crimping dies and jaws for each type of U-type terminals, and then connect two or more wires with the help of U-type terminals. Type terminal crimping equipment is the process of cold stamping together.
The crimping machine is equipped with a pressure monitoring device, as shown in Figure 3. When there is an abnormal situation (shallow punching, deep punching, missing wire, copper wire breakage, core wire pulling out, etc.), it will automatically alarm and lock the crimping equipment, which must be manually unlocked.
