SymTA/S: This is a commercial framework for analyzing performance and optimizing real-time embedded systems supporting heterogeneous architectures. SymTA/S can be used for processor, ECU, communication bus and network budgeting, scheduling verification and optimization. The tool supports timing and scheduling analysis of distributed embedded architectures, such as calculating worst-case execution time (WCET). It supports unique end-to-end timing analysis and visualization; in addition, it can plan and optimize system designs by defining multiple optimization objectives and their integrated concepts, and determine their reliability and safety when using DSE methods.
