Guard plates and wire grooves are mostly made of metal or plastic, with high impact resistance, high heat resistance, high impact strength at low temperature, and flame resistance.
For the panels installed under the vehicle chassis, an additional stone impact resistance test is required.
At present, some high-voltage wire harness suppliers integrate the guard plate/guide groove and high-voltage wire harness into one, which reduces the assembly process in the assembly workshop of the main engine factory and improves the loading efficiency.
