Current/Voltage Fault Analysis Example
Fault 1: The battery current data is wrong
Potential cause analysis: The plug of the Hall signal line is loose, the Hall sensor/inductive shunt is damaged, and the BMS acquisition module is damaged.
Troubleshooting measures: Re-plug the sensor signal line, check whether the sensor power supply is normal, whether the signal output is normal, and replace the acquisition module as a whole.
Fault 2: The instrument shows that the SOC is abnormal, and the change range is large during the system operation. There is a large deviation during the charging process or the fixed value is always displayed.
Potential cause analysis: current calibration failure; current sensor model does not match the controller program; battery has not been charged slowly for a long time; data acquisition module jumps, which can cause abnormal SOC display.
Troubleshooting measures: re-calibrate the current; change the host program or replace the current sensor; replace the data acquisition module; manually calibrate the system SOC; confirm that the current sensor is connected correctly.
