If there is interference or zero point drift in the signal waveform, it can be determined that the fault is caused by the high-voltage connector of the high-voltage component upstream of the measurement point being not connected in place or disconnected, but the low-voltage wiring harness of the high-voltage component is normal, so the duty cycle can still be displayed waveform.
If there is no duty cycle signal, it can be determined that the fault is caused by an open circuit in the wiring harness between the measurement point and the upstream high-voltage components, and the fault points can be checked upstream in turn.
Disconnect the PDU low-voltage wiring harness, and measure the waveform on the interlocking output circuit of the PDU low-voltage wiring harness (normally 11V-12V linear waveform).
