The reasons why new energy vehicles cannot be charged can be roughly divided into three categories.
The first category, the physical connection cannot be completed; the second category, the physical connection is completed, the charging has been started, but the actual charging cannot be performed; the third category, the charging is stopped in the middle of charging.
The first category cannot complete the physical connection
When the user plugs in the charging gun, the “charging cable connection indicator light” on the vehicle meter does not light up, and the vehicle cannot start charging, generally perform troubleshooting in the following order:
First, check whether the vehicle drive system is powered off. As required, the entire drive system should be in a power-off state during charging. Only when the BMS detects that the high-voltage contactor is disconnected, will the contactor of the charging circuit be closed, otherwise the contactor of the charging circuit will not be closed, and will An alarm is displayed on the meter.
