Power off the vehicle
Vehicle high voltage power off:
1) Turn off the ignition switch, pull out the ignition key, and let the vehicle stand for more than 5 minutes before disassembling;
● Disconnect the battery. Turn off all electrical equipment when disconnecting the battery. The ground terminal must be disconnected first, and connected last when connected. At all times make sure that the battery wiring harness is properly connected and routed away from any potential hazard.
● Unplug the manual maintenance switch, the maintenance personnel must use insulating pliers to disconnect the high-voltage circuit, and the bare wires are not allowed to touch other components, especially the control unit.
● Verify that the high voltage has been powered off;
● Hang a warning sign in front of the vehicle.
