The injection molding machine model (displacement) does not match the product. An injection molding machine with an excessively large displacement produces products with a smaller volume, which will cause the material to be melted for too long in the injection molding equipment, resulting in the degradation of the molecular chain of the material, changing the characteristics of the material and reducing the performance of the material.
For hinged products, the ratio of the length at the hinge to the thickness of the hinge is too small (Figure 2). In the process of hinge folding, fracture will also occur due to excessive stress at the hinge bend.
