When measuring the continuity, the high-voltage interlock plugs can be slightly shaken one by one to find the fault point.
There are 7 interlocking plugs on the high-voltage distribution box, including the positive input of the power battery pack, the negative input of the power battery pack, the positive of the drive motor controller and the DC assembly, the negative of the drive motor controller and the DC assembly, and the input and output of the on-board charger. Check the opening of the air-conditioning distribution box and the high-voltage distribution box. After these plugs are inserted, the interlock pins are in series state. By measuring the continuity of K54-02 and K54-06, it can be confirmed whether the interlock of the high-voltage distribution box is normal. If it does not conduct, check whether the high-voltage and low-voltage interlock pins are withdrawn.
