The overall circuit of Ioniq 5 is detailed in the previous article (AVL-modern  IONIQ 5  benchmark):

In order to meet the 400V charging facilities, a converter is added at the rear of the vehicle to meet the boost demand.
For the chassis part, the measured ground clearance is 160mm (no load, the same below), the front-drive busbar connectors are arranged parallel to the ground, and the rear-drive busbar connectors are arranged obliquely.

Compared with some 130mm models (AVL’s ground clearance test results for Taycan and Model 3 are as in the previous article), the probability of non-flat road fenders being broken down will be much less.
According to the research on the ground clearance of electric vehicles by Anil Kumar Jaswal and others, the electric vehicle enters the bumpy road, and the too low ground clearance will greatly increase the probability of the parts at the lowest position of the whole vehicle being bumped.
