● The front and rear cabin connecting wires pass through the middle channel of the body and the battery pack: considering the length of the wiring harness assembly, the fixed point selection (related to the final assembly), the choice of external protection, and the convenience of installation and after-sales;
● Metal shell connector: consider weight/cost, weather resistance, mechanical properties;
● Locally strengthened protection at the lowest point of the wiring harness: metal/plastic shield for the wiring harness, wrapping in the battery pack extension shell;
● Busbar wiring under good protection: the precautions are the same as the wiring harness layout, but the fixed selection of dynamic and static transition nodes should be considered.
