By analyzing the functional requirements of the high-voltage architecture of pure electric vehicles, the current high-voltage electrical architecture of typical pure electric vehicles is compared. Through the design of high-voltage architecture scheme and the safety design of high-voltage architecture system, a new high-voltage architecture design scheme is proposed. Through the integrated design scheme and the optimal topology design structure, the cost is optimized and the system safety requirements are met. The research shows that this scheme meets the system function and safety requirements, the space layout is simple, the quality is reduced, the system cost is low, and platform-based promotion can be realized.
