For safety reasons, when charging, the entire drive system needs to be in a power-off state, that is, the high-voltage contactor of the drive system needs to be disconnected. When the high-voltage safety management system receives a valid charging information command, the high-voltage management system first detects the drive. Whether the system-related contactor is open. If it is in the open state, close the related contactor of the charging circuit. Otherwise, the charging contactor will not be closed, and the high-voltage management system will issue an audible and visual alarm to prompt the relevant personnel until the fault is eliminated.
