How to prevent and control the quality of the whole vehicle wiring harness pipeline and prevent the overflow of quality problems is of great value and significance to the automobile OEMs. Based on the above analysis, the prevention and control strategies for the quality problems of the whole vehicle wiring harness are discussed. Strengthening the quality assessment of vehicle pipelines The quality assessment of vehicle pipelines must run through the entire life cycle of vehicle development, from early design and development, prototype trial production, to vehicle mass production. According to the design and development process of the whole vehicle, the quality review of the whole vehicle pipeline can be divided into two stages: the preliminary virtual design review and the real vehicle pipeline evaluation. The pipeline quality review follows the following BP (Best Practice) principles. Static/dynamic clearance requirements: For pipeline parts without relative motion, the clearance is required to be greater than 10 mm; for complete relative motion pipeline parts, the static clearance is required to be greater than 25 mm, and the minimum clearance after movement is greater than 10 mm.
