Some wires are shipped in large reels of wood spools of a certain size. The length of each roll is 200, 500, 1000m, and the wire reel is wrapped with plastic film, PP or PE braided narrow tape or other packaging materials for protection. The wire loading and unloading, handling and cutting operations of this kind of package all need to borrow certain mechanical equipment to operate. There must be a material information label on the outside of each coil of wire.
When large-section wires are packaged in small rolls of discs, the wires should be addressed and positioned on the lower layer of the original wire storage rack during on-site storage in the workshop. The original wire storage rack is generally 3-4 layers, and the top layer stores the non-integrated original wire. There must be a wire information identification card on the original wire storage rack. The conductors packaged in large spools are generally placed directly on the ground by area, and the conductors are marked outwards for easy identification. The storage area should be dustproof, dry and protected from light.
