The branch circuit should also be placed on the main assembly according to the corresponding method and sequence. The branch circuit should be installed in the correct length, not too tight or too loose.

● This activity is important because these branches serve as the basis for the compilation of the branch length table
● When the wiring harness is assembled, remove the wiring harness from the main board and measure the size of each branch. Each size will be reserved in the size release table
● For asymmetric tolerances, the nominal size should be calculated by averaging the maximum and minimum allowable sizes, and the tolerance should be the average of the absolute tolerance values.
– For the release of the main board, the dimensional tolerance should be 20% of the drawing tolerance or less than 2MM
– Some revisions to tooling plates/methods/leg lengths may be made to resolve discrepancies if necessary
– Repeat the above steps until the size is exactly matched
– Prepare a set of branch circuits for trial installation according to the new branch circuit table. If there are any branch circuits that do not meet the size requirements, redo the branch circuit length evaluation
