● Continue to look for potential tooling board improvement opportunities, reduce workload and improve quality
● Seek to eliminate or reduce interference through tooling or wire harness design improvement
● Find ways to improve branch placement
● Combining work can reduce the number of picking and turning
● Visual aids should be easy for the operator to assemble
● Similar wires, terminals and connectors of similar color should not be operated in the same station
● The types of tapes at the same station should be minimized
● Ensure that the operation is operated in a normal state and efficiency, and if necessary, the operation speed of employees can be accelerated or reduced
● Engineers should stand next to employees when they measure their time
● Ask employees to give ideas, they may have a good way to assemble the wiring harness.
