How ultrasonic welding works
Human hearing can only hear sounds with a vibration frequency of 20 Hz to 16 kHz, and vibrations beyond this range are called ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic welding machine and the welding area convert the current 50/60 Hz electric frequency into 20 kHz or 40 kHz high-frequency electric energy through a transistor function device and supply it to the converter.
