On the secondary side, the output of the main transformer will be rectified and filtered to output the voltage required by the PC. Rectification of -5 V and -12 V is done with ordinary diodes as they do not require high power and current.
However, positive voltage rectification tasks such as +3.3 V, +5 V and +12 V require a high-power Schottky rectifier bridge. This kind of Schottky has three pins, and its shape is similar to that of power diodes, but two high-power diodes are integrated inside them. Whether the secondary side rectification work can be completed is determined by the structure of the power supply circuit. Generally, there may be two rectifier circuit structures.
