Set the drip point: After the high-voltage wire comes out of the connector interface, before it is allowed to be arranged higher than the center level of the connector, the drip point must be set. Flow back along the high-voltage wiring harness and into the interior of high-voltage components.
Set the correct connector direction: The location and direction of the high-voltage connector also need to be paid attention to. In order to avoid water accumulation in the recessed structure at the tail of the high-voltage connector, the connector should avoid the tail upward and vertical arrangement, and try to choose the tail downward or horizontal arrangement.
Heat resistance requirements
The layout of the high-voltage wiring harness also needs to pay attention to the heat resistance requirements.
The high-voltage wiring harness should be kept away from heat sources, and the distance from heat sources (such as high-heat components such as engine exhaust pipes) should be at least 200mm.
If the distance requirement cannot be met due to objective reasons, it is necessary to wrap or cover the wire harness with flame-retardant heat-insulating cotton or a cover that can reflect heat energy to resist radiant heat sources.
