Branch point fixation and potting. After the branch points of the wiring harness are wrapped and fixed with adhesive tape, they are protected by heat-shrinking with adhesive heat-shrinkable tubes, and the gaps between the heat-shrinkable tubes and each branch wiring harness are filled with 703D glue.
Process requirements: The corrugated pipe at the branch point is firmly fixed, the tape has no leakage, and the 703D glue has no overflow. The potting of 703D colloidal silicone rubber is completed in 2~3 times. The potting surface is uniform and smooth, and the potting height is consistent with the opening of the heat shrinkable tube and all the gaps are potted.
Terminal crimping and terminal soldering. Terminal crimping is the process of applying pressure to the contact area of the wire and the terminal to form it and achieve a tight connection. According to the terminal model, the silent terminal machine is equipped with corresponding molds and blades for crimping. The process requirements are: terminal crimping is divided into single wire crimping, wire crimping with sealing plug, internal node crimping of wire harness, terminal welding is welding between the solder cup of the aviation connector and the wire core, using electric wire Soldering iron hand soldering.
The process requirements are: good wetting of the solder joint shape, good surface gloss, no wrong welding, virtual welding, missing welding, and no mechanical damage. After self-checking that the welding position of each wire is correct and the welding is firm, the heat shrinkable tube is pushed to the bottom of each solder cup for heat shrink protection; and GD-414 silicone rubber is used for potting, and the potting height is more than 2mm above the solder cup. The terminal crimping and welding process inspection is as follows: visual inspection of the crimping and welding quality of each wire terminal, multimedia recording of the self-inspection process, inspection by the inspector, and the next step can only be carried out after passing the inspection.
