There are generally two heat sinks inside the power supply, one belongs to the primary side and the other belongs to the secondary side. If it is an active PFC power supply, then on the heat sink on the primary side, you can see switches, PFC transistors and diodes. This is not absolute, because some manufacturers may choose to install the active PFC components on a separate heat sink, in which case there will be two heat sinks on the primary side.
On the heat sink on the secondary side, you will find some rectifiers, which look a bit like triodes, but in fact, they are all composed of two power diodes.
