Electronic sensor is one of the earliest applied collision sensors. According to the principle of electronics, it uses electrical signals to reflect the deceleration of the vehicle body, and then judges whether to deploy the buffer airbags according to the electrical signals.
Electromechanical sensors use electromechanical combination to convert mechanical signals into electronic signals, and then use the electronic signals to activate the airbag. That is, it has the advantages of mechanical type, and can overcome the defects of the mechanical sensor itself. It can be installed at any position on the vehicle body to obtain a better deceleration signal, and multiple sensors can be installed in the same position.
